Welcome to the Pekan Cluster!

An exciting time of visits, meetings, new teachers, and retirement celebrations has already begun.  Teachers are nervous, children giggle excitedly to see a foreigner in their school they gather around touching, practicing their English with a simple hello or What's your name?

As your ELC and mentor I am delighted to be a part of this amazing opportunity to shape the minds of the future of Malaysia.  As teachers we wear many hats: doctor, mother, counselor, mentor, friend, and entertainer.   

           We are the river on which many ships sail towards to the open sea, 
                To a world we set them free,
                       Go beyond horizons, exploring the edges of the abyss
                              Given the confidence to achieve their dreams.

I look forward to working with everyone over the next few months, sharing both our fears and dreams, and most of all...our success.
